Cancellation Policy

At GS Tricks (gstricks.com), we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation Window

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or handed over to the shipping partner.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

   • Your Order ID
   • Reason for cancellation
   • Your registered email or phone number

3. Our team will confirm the cancellation within 24-48 hours (subject to order status).

3. Cancellation Charges / Refund

• If the order is cancelled within 24 hours and has not been processed: Full refund will be issued.
• If the order has been processed or shipped: Cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow the Return & Refund Policy (if eligible).
• Refund (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method via PayU within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may become non-cancellable in the following cases:

• Order has already been shipped.
• Partial orders where some items have been dispatched.
• Special or customized products (if any in future).

5. What Happens After Cancellation?

• You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
• Any promotional discounts or coupons used may become invalid for future orders.
• Once cancelled, the order cannot be revived. You will need to place a new order if required.
