1. What does GS Tricks sell?
We sell physical books and handwritten/typed exam preparation notes for various competitive exams like SSC, Banking, Railway, Teaching, UPSC, State PCS, and more.
2. Are all products physical or digital?
All products on gstricks.com are physical books and printed notes. We do not sell any digital downloads or PDFs at present.
3. How can I place an order?
Add the desired books/notes to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete payment securely via PayU.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Digital Wallets, and EMI options through PayU Payment Gateway.
5. How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed for shipping.
7. What is your return/refund policy?
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Change of mind is not eligible for refund.
8. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through PayU.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can track it using the link provided or by contacting us.
10. Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within India.
