Refund and Returns Policy

At GS Tricks (gstricks.com), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of physical books and exam notes. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
• Change of mind, wrong selection of books/notes, or dissatisfaction with content will NOT be eligible for return or refund.
• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Condition for Return

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags/labels intact (if any).
• You need to provide clear photographs of the damage or defect along with the order ID.
• Returned items must be packed properly in their original packaging.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method (via PayU) within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or damaged product).
• Partial refunds may be issued in case of minor defects after mutual discussion.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@gstricks.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos of the issue.
2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to our address (we will provide the return address after approval).
4. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used or marked/written on.
• Any digital content or downloadable material (if any in future).
• Items returned without prior approval or after 7 days.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, if the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Cancelled orders (within time) will be refunded fully within 5-7 business days.
