- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take longer to process.
2. Shipping Time and Delivery Timeline
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
- Metro cities and major towns: 4-7 business days
- Remote areas and smaller cities: 7-12 business days
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and your delivery location. Exact shipping cost will be shown at the time of checkout.
Note: Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (if you run any offer).

We use reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Ekart, or any other available service at the time of shipping.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

- In case of failed delivery attempts (wrong address, recipient not available, etc.), the courier may return the package. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
